Bagels on fridays that they can't afford
Cons
The visitor relies on the alarm agents being able to practise their task. Literally if they had no alarm agents they would make no coin. They have bagel Friday's but they tin can't even supplant the cleaved chairs and broken keyboards for people. I put in and then many orders for keyboards and they never were stock-still. Your whole shift can suck if y'all get the crappy chair and or keyboard. They also do parties on some holidays which sucks knowing they won't fifty-fifty pay for the stuff that needs to be done. Likewise, if an employee tin't leave their desk for 5-10 mins to get to the bathroom in peace without beingness hounded and called 10000 times to see what you are doing, then the company needs to hire more people for coverage.

NMC has a large group of very long term employees which speaks volumes and indicative of a good place to work. NMC invests in all valued employees and is a company with a stellar reputation of providing honor winning service.

Very TOXIC environment. Loftier school temper Nepotism in total effect. Management / staff office relations, with promotions. You striking the glass ceiling fast. Takes for ever to get a raise.

Absolutely zero positives I can remember
Cons
Grooming was rushed then they throw you lot to the wolves. Then you lot go far trouble for making mistakes when you were poorly trained in the offset place. Everything was e'er muddied from the bathrooms to the pause room. The refrigerator was always packed with old and rotten food from lazy employees and the sad excuse for a break room was always trashed. The shared desk-bound drawers were e'er filled with trash as well. Obvious favoritism and nepotism. I Echo OBVIOUS FAVORITISM AND NEPOTISM! Run away unless you like the ghetto and so y'all will fit right in. Oh and it's too pretty much impossible to get fired from this place. They requite you a 1000000 chances before they do anything which is a great example for the employees who actually show up and are good at their chore.
