Hourly pay (If y'all become stuck, yous still get coin). Dispatchers are helpful and very supportive equally long as you do your job decently / try your best and are respectful. They will care for yous differently if you have an "I don't give a f***" attitude. Seems fair.

Sometimes it takes until vii-viii PM, which sucks considering your start times are ordinarily around 4 AM. - as a newbie, you volition just get assigned routes randomly. It takes a few months earlier you lot first getting regular routes. Information technology'south proficient feel for beginners, but can as well very stressful. - warehouse has issues regularly (staffing, turnover rates). That means that regularly, trucks will non be loaded on fourth dimension and loads will be loaded badly (shift, amercement, missing stuff, mixed upwardly).

Work is always available if you desire to work on the manufactory floor. They will work you to death if given the chance.
Cons
No matching 401k - just they make you lot enter it. Hard to get raises, minimal vacations fourth dimension, no profit sharing, go keen free benefits at all. Please go along in heed this could all change if you know the family or know someone within family.

None-Naught. This is the worst environment I always worked in, people on heroin, opiates, ex-convicts who are clearly unstable, managers accept no clue what they are doing, and once again they don't value there skilful employees at all.
Cons
Do non value employees at all. I got fired for trying to prevent workplace violence by reporting someone who wanted to bring a gun to work, and somehow I got fired.

Flexibility with the co-workers very back up Management staff. Job is very proficient environment and can be done on time.
Cons
To many new accounts and is lilliputian disorganized. Place is getting small by the new accounts they have so work sometimes get hard to do. Some workers are reliance on others.
